Cru Bar Dining is a locally used hospitality planning tool. It helps you configure one coherent drinks-and-dining setup pack, checks that the pack is complete, and then generates a usable Dining Setup Pack that can be saved, reopened, duplicated and exported or shared through device-local actions. The core workflow runs on the Android device itself, without an account and without a company-operated service behind it.
The application keeps the content you create within its own local storage on the Android device. This local app content is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow. The main items held locally are:
Saving, reopening and duplicating a Dining Setup Pack are actions carried out on the device. Each saved pack stays in local app storage until you remove it, and you can delete individual packs from within the application when you no longer need them.
The application also provides a control that clears all local app data at once. If you prefer, local app data can be removed through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the application.
Where a Dining Setup Pack has been finalised, the application can produce export or share content that you may keep, copy or send on. This happens only when you choose it, and it is carried out through Android system actions rather than automatically. Information therefore remains on the device unless you decide to export, copy or share it.
Once a file or summary has been exported, it exists wherever you saved it or sent it, and that copy is outside the application's local storage.
Some parts of the application can hand over to another app on your device when you select them — for example a browser, an email client or a maps application. Those external services operate under their own privacy practices, and the developer does not control what they do with information once they are opened.
If you contact the company by email, the company receives your email address and whatever your message contains. That is ordinary correspondence and is separate from the planning content held in the application.
